The drop-in is run by NHS Dumfries and Galloway and is based in the Free Church hall, accessed from Charlotte Street car park (opposite 'Barbours at Home').

Both the hall and the car park are at a lower level than the street so whether you are on foot or on wheels you need to head down the ramp.  The drop-in is at the far end of the car park and is clearly marked with a 'Mum-to-Mum' sign.

Parking is for up to 2 hours - remember to set your disc!

Mum-to-Mum Drop-in

Mum-to-Mum is open on Mondays 1-2.30pm, Tuesdays 1-2.30pm and Thursdays 12.30-2.30pm (Thursday session not currently running).  Everyone is welcome, whether you are pregnant and thinking about breastfeeding (more information in our mums-to-be section) or whether your breastfeeding journey is already underway.  The drop-in isn't just a place to go if you're having problems breastfeeding, it's a place to meet other mums, relax with a cup of tea and chat about all the expected and unexpected parts of becoming a parent.  There are also weekly sessions specifically aimed at new mums (click here for more information) and those breastfeeding older babies (more information here).
